November was an exciting month. While Thanksgiving is always something to look forward to, being away from home is always hard. I am so grateful for my NYC friends and family that welcome me into their homes and give me a place to just be! This year, November brought a few special people to NYC. Eric Enriquez, Hna. Angie Rodriguez, and Pastor Rolando Rodriguez visited and were able to come by Graffiti 2 to meet my kids! As any teacher can tell you, once a student has been with you they are forever on of "my kids." I recently heard someone speaking and she was sharing her testimony. In that testimony she said, something along the lines of, "if you want to show me love, love my kids." That resonated deeply with me. As so many of you know, I have loved working with children my entire life. I was just a kid myself when I knew that that was my calling. These are my babies. I am so thankful to be able to be a part of their lives. They have made such an impact on my life. I rejoice with them in their triumphs and hurt with them in their pain. I can say whole heartedly, if you want to show me love, love my kids. Thank you Eric, Mana Angie, and Pastor Ro for taking time to love on my kids! If you would like to come meet my kids, send me a message! Bring a group! They will change your life the way they have changed mine! Can't come but want to support our ministry? Join my amazing group of supporters by clicking below. Graffiti 2 missionaries are 100% funded by donors who have committed to walk along side our ministry in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx. Your gifts allow me to serve. Thank you!
